Yes, if the shooting range is SAPS accredited, there are enough students on the course, and the distance to the location is not further than 500km from Oudtshoorn. When we need to travel, we work on extra costs.

No, you may not. You need the basic qualifications to apply for Competency at the SAPS.
You received your Business Purposes qualification illegally, and you need to do the Basics to enable you to apply for SAPS Competency.
Yes, you can, but you need to apply for expungement first, and ten years must have passed before you may apply for security clearance.
First, you must complete the Basic Proficiency training at an accredited training provider. Once you have completed the training, you need to receive your certificates, and only then may you apply for competency at the SAPS. Once you have completed this process, the SAPS will issue you a competency certificate. You may now apply for a licence for a specific firearm.
It usually takes about six months if you do everything you need to do and do not waste time. However, there are cases where this can take as long as 12 months.
You need a SABS-approved safe secured to a concrete wall or the floor. The SAPS will inspect your safe before they approve your license application.
